The Legacy HOA dues are currently $325 annually and are due by the 31st of January. Accounts not paid by February 1, 2026 will be marked delinquent and subject to late fees. If you are experience financial difficulties, please reach out to LevelOne at 405-849-9998 to discuss payment arrangements.

Annual dues are the only form of income The Legacy has. Timely payments ensures we will have funds to operate year-round and is greatly appreciated.
